Meet the Banter PR Team:

Kylie Flett
Founder
With nearly two decades of experience shaping hospitality, lifestyle, and luxury brand narratives, Flett has built a career around making brands impossible to ignore. From legacy champagne houses and crab-infused whiskey to fitness studios, fashion retailers, and yes — even HVAC (don’t ask… or do), Kylie’s client portfolio is as dynamic as her approach.
Originally from the sun-soaked shores of South-Eastern Australia, Kylie brings a global perspective and a taste for storytelling that transcends trends. Before founding Banter PR, she led high-profile campaigns, crafting experiential activations and viral moments for brands that play in the big leagues.
A retired lacrosse player and former Division I coach, Kylie thrives in high-energy environments — rallying teams, scoring wins, and occasionally yelling from the sidelines. A former bartender, she brings equal parts grit, charm, and a dash of chaos to every brand she champions.
Flett serves as a proud board member of Morris Animal Refuge and is on the committee for their signature fundraising event, The Fur Ball. She holds a Master’s Degree in Professional & Business Communication from La Salle University… though her real degree might just be in making a scene — on purpose.

Kira Cappello
Public Relations Account Executive
Analyze, adapt, advise, repeat: More than six years of busy agency life have shaped Kira into a multitasking maven, client confidante, and reliable realist. As Account Executive, Kira’s strengths in planning and execution, competitive research, and snappy writing combine to shift lofty goals out of the brainstorming phase and into reality.
Kira completed a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at the Lew Klein School of Communications, where she skipped her virtual “graduation ceremony” in the Spring of 2020 to make up hours at her very first PR internship. Since then, Kira’s varied account experience has spanned regional and nationwide launches and business expansions of beverage, retail, and CPG brands (just to name a few). The unofficial team cheerleader, Kira is not shy about rooting hard for her teammates and clients.
As the frontperson, booking coordinator and unofficial tour manager for indie/emo rock band Humilitarian, Kira values leadership with listening, community that connects, and those can’t-ignore, strike-of-lightning moments of inspiration. Find her on stage or front row at her favorite Philadelphia venues.

Hannah Church
Public Relations Coordinator
With over 4 years of experience under her belt, Hannah has grown from intern to Public Relations Coordinator. She seizes every opportunity to flex her creative muscles by writing memorable press releases and creating share-worthy social media posts. Hannah is always thorough – never cutting corners, you can count on her to memorize every masthead, identify influencers who actually influence, and scour the web for press hits.
Hannah holds a Bachelor's Degree from Temple University in Communications. During her time as a student, she studied abroad in Rome to assist a luxury fashion designer in launching a fall/winter collection in under six months. Hannah's stint in the fashion industry cultivated her ability to think creatively under pressure and thrive on a small team.
Outside of the office, Hannah can usually be found with a book in her hand (humble brag: she's on track to read over 180 books this year), in a mosh pit, developing film in a darkroom, pole dancing (correction – trying to pole dance), or cuddling with her two cats.
